The Gallery at Brian Carter Cellars is now available for private functions.The space is ideal for lunch meetings, private dinners or cocktail parties.The covered deck is available for use in warmer weather, (You may rent the tent and heaters through our caterer, Madison Park Café). The Gallery comfortably seats 20. For a stand up cocktail party we can accommodate 30-40. If you rent the tent we can accommodate 45-60. The room is available weekdays from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Weekends and evenings from 6:00-10:00. Room rental includes glassware and one Brian Carter Cellars staff member to assist you. Due to Washing State Health Department rules you would need to use a licensed and bonded caterer. Our preferred caterer is the Madison Park Café. We ask that you use Brian Carter Cellars wine for your event. You may bring beer and non-alcoholic beverages for guests who prefer not to drink wine. You will need to purchase a $25.00 banquet license for the day of your party.
Room rental rates:
Weekday rates: $100.00 per hour
Weekend and evening rates: $350.00 for the first 3 hours.
One additional hour is $150.00
