The palate is fresh and vibrant with great mouth-watering acidity. Southern Rhone-Style blend inspired by the wines of Chateauneuf du Pape. This is a Grenache based wine with Syrah, Mourvedre, and smaller amounts of Counoise and Cinsault. A complex nose of ripe, red cherries, tar, white pepper and the garigue spice with a long finish of earthy minerals.
