Southern Rhone-Style blend inspired by the wines of Chateauneuf du Pape. This is a Grenache based wine with Syrah, Mourvedre, and smaller amounts of Counoise and Cinsault. A complex nose of ripe, red cherries, tar, white pepper and the garigue spice with a long finish of earthy minerals.
Translated from Italian into “all red”, the 2016 vintage of our super Tuscan-style blend is 68% Sangiovese, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah. This relatively warm vintage shows off generous aromatic elements of rich plum, lavender, and baking spice tones alongside raspberry coulis and tobacco leaf. The palate is fresh and vibrant with great mouth-watering acidity. Balanced and complex, 2016 Tuttorosso will provide you a classic smooth Chianti-like finish, depicting the great terroir of the Yakima Valley AVA and the winemaking expertise of Brian Carter.
For our third Dedication wine, we bring you Paul Thomas, a Bandol-style blend from Washington reminiscent of the wines made in the Southern Provence region in France. As you smell this wine you will note the complex aromas of black pepper spice, cherry, and dried herbs.
