Your Event, Our Wines: Another Perfect Blend
Our gallery and covered deck are available to rent for small special events and private wine tastings with Brian, Mike or another member of our staff.
Inside the gallery comfortably seats 18 to 20 people, and up to 40 guests for a stand-up tasting or reception. Weather permitting, our deck can seat a maximum of 40 guests. Please be aware that we are unable to provide portable heaters due to city fire restrictions.
Our event space availability varies since our Tasting Room is open daily. Event rental rates start at $750 with a 3-hour minimum, which includes glassware and a Brian Carter Cellars Staff member to assist you. There is also a minimum Brian Carter Cellars wine purchase requirement depending upon your group size. If more than one staff member is needed to pour at your event, that will result in an additional charge as well.
The Washington State Health Department requires a licensed and bonded caterer to be used for private events, if you include food with your event. We can provide a recommendation for local caterers who can offer perfect pairing with Brian Carter Cellars wines. You will also need to purchase a $25 banquet license for the day of your event, and coordinate with a caterer and/or rental company for additional items such as catering staff to serve, set-up and break down the event space, table rentals, chairs, linens, etc.
